One of Colorado Springs newest venues, an intimate, music lover's space called The Side Door, will host indie singer, songwriter and former resident Laura Veirs on Friday, March 15. Known for her literate, nature infused lyrics and beautifully realized melodies, Laura has built a devoted following over the last two decades. Her 2016 project with Neko Case and k.d. lang in case/lang/veirs was on many year end best of lists and 2018's The Lookout raised the bar, exploring expanded sounds and production touches.
