  • Colorado is considering a new bill that would require private health insurance companies in the state to cover in vitro fertilization - or IVF - for patients struggling with infertility.   • Another Democratic presidential hopeful plans to visit Colorado this week. U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar  will be in Denver on Thursday night. Her campaign has yet to release more details. President Donald Trump will also hold a rally on Thursday night in Colorado Springs. And this weekend, Pete Buttigieg  and Senator Elizabeth Warren will each make stops in the Denver metro area.
     
  • Due to the inclement weather the town hall meeting with Colorado Springs City Council Members Yolanda Avila and Richard Skorman has been postponed from this evening to next Tuesday, February 25, from 6-7:30 p.m. at Meadows Park Community Center. Major topics of discussion will include development along South Nevada Avenue, Public Safety, Public Transportation, and other topics brought forward by the public.
