Individual Giving Manager
91.5 KRCC covers approximately 25,000 square miles of Southern Colorado and Northern New Mexico. As a public radio station, we take great pride in our robust membership program, which includes over 50% sustaining monthly donors. We have grown substantially over the past three years, and we are aiming to grow our membership program even more.
We seek a fundraising professional to lead and manage all individual giving efforts at the station and design strategies to increase membership revenue and increase the number of members who give. Strong applicants will have a background that includes managing an individual giving program at a public media organization, strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated experience in cultivating major donors and asking for large gifts, a passion for the mission of public broadcasting, and the demonstrated ability to inspire donors to support that mission.
Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of three years of directly related experience required to apply. Must enjoy working with a small, dynamic, and passionate team of public media professionals with a focus on growth in the service of our community.

91.5 KRCC is dedicated to covering a changing Southern Colorado, a rapidly growing area of the state and emblematic of the urban-rural divide. We seek a reporter willing to embrace the challenges and nuances of the region, someone who is equally comfortable spending a little time with a story as well as working on a tight deadline.
We seek a reporter with a minimum of two years of experience and a strong sense of journalism ethics, who always keeps the mission of public media at the forefront. This person will also serve as a backup on-air host, to include the delivery of live newscasts.
Editing experience helpful but not required; ability/willingness to work with interns is helpful but not required.
Also, must enjoy looking at Pikes Peak daily, or at least find the thought appealing.
