A tight margin separates the candidates for Manitou Springs mayor. John Graham leads Alan Delwiche by 71 votes. 24 votes separate the yays and nays on Manitou Springs issue 2D aimed at supporting the arts, while voters there have overwhelmingly supported 2E, which is a TABOR retention measure aimed at public improvements.

In Colorado Springs School District 11, the school board race has Mary Coleman, Darleen Daniels, Parth Melpakam, and Jason Jorgenson in the lead. Both Colorado Springs measures passed. Issue 2B was a TABOR retention measure aimed at helping fund improvements to parks, and Issue 2C extends a sales tax geared toward improving roads in the city.

Alan Delwiche – 48% (865 votes)
John G. Graham – 52% (936 votes)

City of Manitou Springs Ballot Issue 2D:

YES – 49.39% (973)
NO – 50.61% (997)

City of Manitou Springs Ballot Issue 2E:

YES – 76.25% (1506)
NO – 23.75% (469)

Colorado Springs School District 11 (vote for 4):

Mary Coleman – 19.3% (23,626 votes)
Darleen Daniels – 16.23% (19,868)
Joseph Shelton – 7.92% (9691)
Conner Sargent – 7.29% (8921)
Jason Jorgenson – 13.03% (15,943)
Parth Melpakam – 13.72% (16,793)
Vincent Puzick – 9.97% (12,199)
Chris Wallis – 12.54% (15,344)

City of Colorado Springs Ballot Issue 2B:

YES – 57.39% (62,917)
NO – 42.61% (46,705)

City of Colorado Springs Ballot Issue 2C:

YES – 65.01% (71,124)
NO – 34.99% (38,277)
