Spring weather presents unpredictable conditions for Colorado's mountain resorts.

Some destinations, such as Aspen/Snowmass, Eldora, Loveland, Steamboat and Vail have announced closing dates for the season.

Others, including Arapahoe Basin, Copper, Crested Butte, Keystone and Winter Park/Mary Jane plan to stay open as long as conditions allow.

The good news for Colorado's skiers and snowboarders? A wave of late-winter and early-spring storms recently pushed state snowpack above normal levels. Now, the remainder of the season depends on April and May storms. Without them, the snow will rapidly melt and the winter sports season will come to an end.

Below is a list of projected closing dates for Colorado resorts. Some dates are firm, while others may change depending on spring conditions.
